As a final note this list excludes beings of godly origin as such characters are omnipotent and immortal and thus all powerful, so characters such as Haruhi Suzumiya, The Truth, Shinigami-sama or the Lord of Nightmares and etc. shall not be included...

How about Light Yagami from Death Note? I know that he's a villain but he's pretty strong with the Death Note! -96.245.18.87
He cannot be included for many reasons, one being that his combat skills are of a normal human who engages in regular exercise, and two without the death note he is pretty much powerless as was shown in the end of the series... -The Forgotten Beast 22:26, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
What about Yami Yugi.
Aside from some magics, he has not displayed much ability in hand-to-hand combat and has not been shown to posses any destructive capabilities, and any that he has shown is do to his monster's power and not his own... -The Forgotten Beast 03:22, September 13, 2009 (UTC)
